Office and administrative space is a frequent assignment for us. In this case, it was a special challenge, as the building and also the interiors are listed buildings and 4,000 m² of office space were to be modernized. Strict ASR requirements had to be balanced with fire protection and monument protection, and many compromises had to be worked out. In particular, the omnipresent conflict between fire safety requirements and monument protection shaped most of the project management here.
